Important Information: Order Placement Instructions
1. Understanding Import Requirements: Before placing an order, familiarize yourself with your country's plant import requirements. For details on quarantine, customs duties, and related matters, please consult your local customs office or plant quarantine station.
2. Documents Provided: With your order, we provide an INVOICE, CITES permit, and Phytosanitary Certificate. Please note that Wind Orchids (Fukiran, Neofinetia falcata, Vanda falcata) are listed under the CITES Appendix II species. Depending on the country, an import permit may be required for importing CITES plants, so please make sure to check the CITES import regulations of your own country in advance.
3. Certificate Charges: For orders exceeding $300, Phytosanitary and CITES certificates are provided at no additional cost. Orders below $300 will incur a $15 certificate fee.
4. Ordering Process: Please register on our website and fill out the order form. Alternatively, forward your desired neos' names and numbers to WhatsApp(+82 10 8998 2885) Including screenshots can enhance clarity. We'll calculate shipping based on the items' quantity and weight. Please transfer the total amount, which includes the items' price and the shipping fee. Once the payment is confirmed, the shipping process will begin.
5. Delivery Timeline: After placing an order:
• Obtaining CITES, plant quarantine processing: Approximately 2weeks to 20days.
• DHL Delivery: 3-5 days (Asia) / 5-7 days (US/Europe). Variations might occur based on the destination country, and EMS generally takes longer than DHL.
• Note: Potential delays can arise at customs and quarantine stations.
6. Liability: Once the plants reach your country, Shinsegae Orchids cannot be held accountable for issues arising at customs or quarantine stations (e.g., taxes, delivery delays, lost packages). The only exception is pest-related issues.
7. Our Commitment: We prioritize ensuring that your orchids reach you swiftly and in optimal condition. Your trust is paramount to us, and we strive to meet your expectations diligently.

Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
